Here is our Blueprint for manifesting your Unique Floral Vision:
Step 1: GET IN TOUCH
If you love what you see on our website and want to explore working together, please fill out our CONTACT FORM. We will be in touch within 48 hours.
Step 2: INTRODUCTORY PHONE CONSULTATION
To fully understand your floral vision and your floral needs we will schedule an introductory phone consultation. During this call we will discuss quantity of floral items needed for your event, your overall event style, and any of your flower preferences. If you have floral decor/design inspiration pictures to share with us, please do so before our phone conversation. This conversation will also be a chance for us to get acquainted to see if we'd be a great fit in working together. Your introductory phone consultation will last approximately 30 minutes.
Step 3: FIRST FLORAL FITTING – REVIEWING YOUR CUSTOM FLORAL PROPOSAL
After our phone call we will schedule your First Floral Fitting to review your custom floral proposal. We will present our ideas for your overall floral architecture and how we will create a lovely, cohesive look at your event. We will highlight key arrangement design styles, flower availability, and areas of greatest floral impact. Your feedback is very important at this time, as well as any questions you might have. Your First Floral Fitting will last approximately 1-1.5 hours and will be held at our Woodinville studio. We understand that you might be planning this event from out of town, and in that case, we will schedule a video call. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of $500 is required to secure our services for your event date and to move forward in the process.
Step 4: SECOND FLORAL FITTING – DIVING INTO THE DETAILS
With a firm understanding of your unique vision and a solid commitment to work together, we then dive deeper into your designs during your Second Floral Fitting, by flexing our creative muscles and pulling from our expertise to hone in the small, but very important details. These include: specific focal flowers & foliage, color palettes, ribbons and embellishments, vases and vessels, and arrangement shapes and sizes. This will be our chance to dream, design, and play, so let's plan to have fun! In addition, you will be receiving architecturally-inspired drafts for your review and approval of the event areas we plan to transform. We will talk through important logistical details, such as timeline and contact information, which will help to ensure a smooth execution the day of your event. Your Second Floral Fitting at our Woodinville studio will last approximately 1-2 hours.
**We can adjust the time-frame of this meeting to fit your schedule and adapt it to the level of involvement you wish to dedicate to these details.
Step 5: FINAL FLORAL FITTING – FINALIZING YOUR FLOWERS
About 6 weeks out from your wedding/event we will schedule a brief phone call to go through your event florals one last time to finalize any additional updates or changes. We will also confirm timeline and other logistical details. Your Final Floral Fitting will last approximately 15 minutes.
Step 6: WEDDING/EVENT DAY
Your big day has arrived and we are oh so excited! This is where we get to see the fruits of all of our planning and designing. We will be there at your venue with smiles (and probably hugs for you) to put every flower in its proper place. There is nothing sweeter than seeing everything we dreamed in it's final, tangible form. Remember to enjoy your day and take it all in!
